Last week was a good week. I barely did any keto food but still, I lost 2 lbs.
That’s a nice thing!
Sadly, I regained those 2 lbs in the weekend :( by eating pizza and soda and other stuff…
However I don’t feel bad (even when I should) ‘cause I know that this new food regimen is working. I can feel it.
So, last week I was on 199 lbs; this monday still the same.
I still am under 200 that is something.

Week 2. Progress!
This week I did lost a few lbs. I lost 4 lbs! I’m still on keto, but on weekends I eat some carbs. I’ll (eventually) leave those cheat days too.
I’m 199 lbs now.
I’m playing volleyball now a game per week and I’m also training with the team 2 times per week.
We have played 3 games, and lost all three; but the important thing is that we are improving. (and I’m losing weight xD)
I’ll keep posting the results.

After a week, I’m not sure what happened but I didn’t lose any weight.
Actually I gain 3 lbs.
Maybe I need to do some more research about keto.
I don’t know if there is a cheat day on keto. I did it this week: I ate some carbs on saturday, all day.
This week I’m not taking a cheat day and we’ll see what the progress is.
I’ll let you know.
BTW I think that I got into a volleyball team I’ll bring news later.

I’ve decided to change my body and my mind. I’m starting on keto right now and this image is a reminder of who I don’t want to be anymore.

Does anybody knows how can I start doing some exercise?
I’ve been trying to get up of the couch and kick some of the fat out of my body, but I just can’t.
I need a boost of motivation, that’s the main reason I opened this tumblr, but I got nothing, I just see the pics of fit people and I don’t feel like wanting to get up and run like crazy.
Any advice will be great.
